Welcome
Message from David Deysher,
Owner of Historic & Distinctive
Properties.
Welcome to our website!
In addition to our current listings we hope you enjoy the many pages of
interesting content addressing the special segment we serve in the New
England Real Estate market.
We are over ten years old! Who would have thought
that Historic Properties would evolve to become NH’s foremost experts at
marketing antique historic properties, yet that is where we are today.
Born out of a genuine love for old homes and historic
buildings, the company is composed of a wonderful team of professionals
committed to nothing less than exceptional service to our clients.
Buying or selling an old house is more like a project
than a typical Real Estate transaction. It is largely an emotional decision
driven by the particular features of a home, a special setting, and a special
feel among other things. Our team works hard to match buyers with their
dream properties, sometimes working more then a year together. Preservation,
restoration, reproduction and an appreciation for distinctive attributes
are common values to our clients.
As we celebrate our ten years, we look forward to
expanding our expertise to other types of properties. To date we have listed
only homes built prior to World War II, a time, which marked the beginning
of tract housing.
Now, we are proud to announce our Distinctive
Properties Division, which will focus on classic and unique
properties regardless of age or style. We are excited about this evolution
and hope you enjoy our special web page dedicated to this market segment.
There are many similarities between this segment and our traditional segment,
which will make this a smooth transition. We are excited and we hope you
will be as well!
Again,
welcome to www.historicprop.com
Historic Properties
is independent and locally owned.
They are not a member of any real estate franchise
nor do they wish to be.
While they support, with their membership, the local
real estate multiple listing service, they also recognize that antique
properties are a unique place in an unusual and little-understood market.
